Description
This 2nd Armored Division T shirt is a reproduction of the 2nd Armored Division Sweatshirt that is in the Fort Bragg Museum.
The 2nd Armored Division was formed at Fort Benning in July of 1940 and was nicknamed “Hell on Wheels”, landed at Casablanca, landed on Omaha Beach, fought the Germans near Avranches, crossed through France as part of the Third Army before reaching Germany in September. The 2nd Armored Division liberated tens of thousands of POWs, destroyed or captured thousands of enemy tanks and took 76,962 prisoners of war.
All of our WWII Tee shirts are hand screen printed, like they were during the war, so variations in colors naturally occur.
Our WWII PT shirts have the U.S Spec tag in the neck.  The 2nd Armored Division T shirt is made of 100% cotton and runs true to size.  Women’s sizes are available upon request. Please send an email to orders@wwiisoldier.com
