Platzpatronen literally means blank bullet. The pink label helps denote these as blank rounds. Â However, the Platz Patronen rounds are probably better known as the infamous German wooden bullets.
Created as a disposable alternative to wood or metal boxes, this Battlepack Ammo Box fits into a master crate of 1500 rounds. The box contains a cardboard stabilizer, but the Battlepack can hold 20 of the 15 Round Platzpatronen Wooden Tip Cartridge Boxes, which are sold separately.
Our WWII German Ammunition Box has a layered sleeve box with the strap threaded through it and the top and bottom pieces. The label on the battle pack should match the label on the ammo cartridges.
