The Patronen SMK L’Spur is the Armor Piercing Tracer. On the ground, tracers were used to direct ground troops and to sight-in targets. They were also used in machine guns, both by the Luftwaffe and by ground troops.
Tracers were notoriously low compared to regular ammo making them less effective in targeting. This was because of the variation in the bullet’s load.
This WWII German Cartridge Ammunition Box features the correct German-style box construction like the original. The box is empty of ammo.
As with the original, the cartridge boxes fit inside the large German SMK L’Spur Battlepack.
