Description
The WWI Diagnosis Tag booklet reproduction consists of 20 tags. The medical diagnosis tags have double perforation – above and below the blue stripe, just like the original WWI tags. Each tag has two parts, the removable hard tag and the paper tag which remains in the booklet. The hard tags are printed on both sides and appropriately wired as per the originals. The correct usage instructions are printed on the back of the cover.
The perforations on either side of the dark blue stripe were to assist in wound triage. Â If the patient was in immediate need of assistance, the entire hard tag was removed from the booklet and attached to the soldier including the blue stripe. Â If the patient was stable and could wait, only the white tag was attached to the solider.
Note: Due to difficulty in handling and cutting carbon paper, these booklets do NOT contain the carbon duplicator sheets.   If you require the carbons for motion picture, theatrical, or other use, please contact us for a quote.
