Description

The WWII SLAB CE/TNT Box is a reproduction of one of the most common explosives used by the British and Canadian forces.

Field Engineering Military Training Pamphlet #30 (the use of Demolitions by non-engineer units), identifies the CE/TNT slab as one of the 4 typically used British explosives that were provided to infantry and other frontline troops. The manual describes it as a millboard box containing 1 lb of high explosives. It has two holes for use with a 1cm primer and was known for its suitabilities in all climates.
